This call is about our services, why choose us, questions related to charges and basic program eligibility. For specific questions or about strategy, we recommend you to book paid consultation. The best thing is that Initial Consultation Charges will be completely adjusted towards future professional charges when you engage us to assist with your application.

This type of consultation is to assess eligibility, determine the right pathway/options, explain the process in brief and advise costs. Each case is one of a kind and thorough assessment of your profile by an Experienced Immigration Consultant is very important. The best thing is that, Initial Consultation Charges will be completely adjusted towards future professional charges, when you engage us to assist with your application. Consultation may last generally for 30 minutes but sometimes it can be short or more than 30 minutes depending on the case type or matter involved. Consultations are for general guidance and are not legal immigration advise. Once you retain our services for Immigration Assistance/full application you become client of CanOz Visa Services Inc.

We value time and our client’s Interest, we can reschedule appointments if we are given advance notice of up to 24 hours. We do not offer refunds for cancelled or no show appointments however if there are exceptional circumstances should something happen that is beyond anybody’s control, we will consider rescheduling first as per mutually convenient time and in some cases may offer refund on a case-by-case basis.
Note: HST (Tax) is included in our above-mentioned fee if applicable depending on the location of the client. Clients in Canada are charged HST @13% based on our location that is Ontario.
